We need your help cleaning up our town. Milton is not owned by anyone. It is made up of its citizens, and those living in the surrounding area. There is much you can do to help keep Milton clean such as:

CLEAN UP AROUND YOUR HOUSE AND YARD
HELP US CLEAN UP THE STREETS
USE THE TRASH CANS WE HAVE PROVIDED FOR THE TOWN
HELP US WHEN WE HAVE CLEAN UP WORK DAYS

We have received non-profit tax status. Initial funding for our Society was $2000 from the Town of Milton.

Projects we have completed.

The purchase, placement and planting of 12 concrete flower urns within the Town and planting of seasonal flowers.
Placed 45 United States flags in telephone pole holders, throughout the Town of Milton to celebrate July 4th.
Placed five wooden trash containers with the Society Logo in Town. We have completed on Milton Welcome sign on highway 57 entery from VA to Milton, NC

FUTURE PROJECTS

The construction and lighting of three wood and stone entrance markers approximate cost $5000 each.
We would also like to bury the utility lines (electric, phone, and cable) along NC highway 57 and NC highway 62 in Milton. Approximate cost $300,000
